Galicia has some of the most consistently good food in Spain, especially its sublime seafood from the Rías (galician bays)
A sample of our cousine include pulpo a feira (boiled octopus with cayenne pepper), empanada (flasky pastry pies filled with anything from tuna to eels), pork with grelos (turnip tops) and Galician crêpes.
